Tutors will provide students with online or in-person support as the case may be in any subject including Math, English Language Arts, Science, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Social Studies.

Involving in carrying out projects as suggested by our Research and Development Unit.

- Provides one-on-one educational assistance to elementary and secondary school students
- May help children (grades 1 – 11) improve their skills in reading, writing or math.
- May work Online, out of your own home, your students' home, or a local meeting place like a library or community center, parks
- Work with students to improve their skills in certain subjects.
- Prepare lessons, assign, and correct homework.
- Prepare and correct tests.
- Evaluate students' progress and discuss the results with students and/or their parents.
- Identify students' individual learning needs.

- Ensure the safety, enjoyment, and care of registered participants
- Evaluate Tutors' job performance throughout the summer;
- Oversee the daily operation of the Summer Learning Program;
- Ongoing communication with the Program Director
- Be familiar with Cencadian Educational policies and procedures
- Respond to first aid situations;
- Complete all formal paperwork (incidents, complaint forms, and weekly attendance);
- Other duties as assigned.
